They'll come for her
Chapter one
"Anna!" A voice screamed. He ran using his supernatural speed. He buried his claws in the neck of the attacker. Blood gushed out of the attacker's neck. The attacker fell lifeless.
A hand was dug into his back. "Aaarrrghh" His grip tightened on the baby in his arms.
He had to protect this baby even if it would cost him his life. He kicked the man in his back and the man was sent flying.
He jumped up and landed on the man. He dug his hand into his chest and ripped out his heart.
He turned around and there was no one there again. Just lifeless bodies of werewolves laid on the floor.
His cheeks were stained with blood. The white wrapper on the child had turned red. Splashes of blood were on the child's face.
He could not clean it. His hands and claws were baptized with blood.
"Anthony, Anthony I'm coming" he heard a voice say to him through the pack mind link. They could communicate through their mind and it was his brother, Simon.
He had to hang on. His child wouldn't die. He had promised her that. She would live.
He carried the baby closer to his chest. He pecked her cheeks.
"Anthony!" A voice called. That wasn't through the mind. He looked up to face his brother.
He should run, but he couldn't. He was too weak to even walk properly. Simon ran to him.
"Sorry for coming late" he apologized.
"Ah" a gasp came from Anthony. An arrow was in his chest. Blood spilled from his mouth.
Simon used his speed to get to the bastard that shot the arrow. He pulled his head off his body before running back to his brother.
Anthony's face had turned white already.
"Brother" Simon cried, tears forming in his eyes.
"Simon," Anthony said. Blood dripped from his mouth and chest.
"I'll get you to the pack doctor, don't say a word" Simon begged. Anthony smiled. His white teeth were already stained with his own blood.
"It's too late for me," Anthony said.
"Don't say that brother" Simon cried harder.
"Take care of Anna for me" Anthony begged. He almost choked on his blood. He continued talking "Protect my little girl for me" he begged again.
"I'll protect her with my life brother" Simon promised.
"Do whatever it may take to protect her from the enemies. They'll come for her" he added.
"I'm really sorry brother, for not coming here faster" Simon apologized.
"You don't have to be sorry for anything" he replied slowly. "Do whatever it takes to protect the future Luna" he added.
Simon's eyes widened in shock. He didn't know she was the future Luna.
"They'll come for her Simon," Anthony said and his eyes closed. He stopped breathing.
He held his daughter till he died.
Simon collected the baby from his hand. Tears rolled down his cheeks.
His brother died to protect his baby, the future Luna. So, he would do whatever it took to protect her.
Simon pulled the sword from his brother. Tears were still in his eyes.
Her parents had sacrificed their lives for her so she would live. At all cost, even if it meant for him to do the same.
The baby looked into her uncle's eyes. Her eyes turned blue immediately.
Simon looked up. The moon shone and the light fell on the baby.
She was the chosen one. She is the chosen Luna.

*18 years later*
Anna
"Lucy! Lucy, where are you?" Anna cried, racing around the house. She heard a loud thud and her heart leapt. Was that Lucy?
"Lucy, is that you?" She asked with worry. Lucy might have gotten injured.
"Meeoow" a voice produced. Anna ran in the direction of that sound and she found her.
Anna bent down and scooped her up.
"Why did you leave like that? I was worried sick about you" she said while stroking its little black nose, her other arm rubbing its white fur.
Lucy was her cat. She's had her for a year now. Lucy has blue eyes, White fur, a black nose, and its face has dark brown and her ears are also dark brown. It was just too lovely, lucy couldn't ignore it when she found it laying on its side in the cold.
Lucy squeezed its way out of her embrace and jumped. It landed on the floor with its paws. It ran to Anna's room.
"Were you hungry?" Anna asked rhetorically. She followed Lucy.
She gave it food and patted its neck again. Lucy only ate its food and paid no attention to her.
"Don't be naughty okay? And don't litter the house" Anna warned. Hoping it could hear. But who was she kidding?
She would really miss this house. She has lived here the longest.
Her uncle was a business man who had to move to various states, wherever money was her dad followed and his hard work was worth it but at the expense of her life.
She had no friends, no relatives except her uncle... All she could be grateful for was Lucy which she was.
And it seemed Lucy felt the same because considering the way she reacted to her touch a year ago, she's definitely warmed up to her.
Anna beamed at her pet.
"How is the packing going?" Her uncle asked as he stood at the entrance to her room.
"Very easy, it's more of a skill now" Anna replied.
She had gotten used to packing, she never learned to create a home. What was the point? They'd move very soon anyway. And she understood, it was work but that didn't mean she didn't still feel lonely and sad. She only understood why it was happening to her and she always tried her best to not blame him.
"Anna" her uncle began in a tone that made Anna instantly know she was up for a pep talk.
He led her to sit with him on her queen sized bed, her hand found her cat and his eyes wouldn't leave hers as his hands rested firmly on her shoulders.
"We've had this conversation before and I'm assuring you again that this is the last time you'll move" he said.
Anna didn't believe"Why can't we just stay here?" She asked
"I know you don't understand which is totally my fault but I can't explain but I assure you that all will make sense and you'll love where I'm taking you. I'm taking you to where will be our home, your home" he said and Anna could only offer a smile.
He spoke with ambiguity but it only aroused her curiosity, her interest was piqued... What exactly was about the place they were moving to that will make it home?
She didn't doubt her uncle... He had never promised her what he didn't do. This was the first time he promised her a home so it really aroused her curiosity.
***
The last bags was in the car and she stood at the entrance of the gate.
It wasn't her first time of bidding a house farewell but it didn't still make it easier. This place was her home for two years, she had familiarized with the environment and now she's about to start familiarizing with a new environment.
Being the new girl wasn't always fun.
"Trust me, when you get to where I'm taking you, you wouldn't even remember this place" her uncle promised and his words only make her more interested and maybe even a little bit eager.
"It better be worth it cause I'm sacrificing my Havard scholarship opportunity for this" she said.
She had not only secured an admission to study med in Havard but she also secured a scholarship. Her uncle never understood why she did since as he always said;
"You don't even need it" He said as expected.
"Doesn't make it any less a feat" Anna pointed out and she got into the car.
"True. I didn't raise a dumb girl" he said in a tone whoozing with pride. Anna couldn't help but smile... She always loved it when she made him happy.
He got into the driver's seat of the car after he secured the entrance to their now former house.
"I'll miss you house" Anna voiced out.
Her uncle only shook his head with a smile before he sped off to a place Anna could only wish she'll actually love to call her home.
She felt a weird excitement in her heart as the car covered more distance.
"Are we almost there?" Anna asked.
He had been driving for hours and all Anna could see now was tall trees and forest. She never even knew a place like this existed in London.
"I see you're feeling eager" her uncle pointed out the obvious. "And yes, we're almost there" he replied
Anna had been seeing trees and plants. Now she was seeing buildings, tall and beautiful buildings in a place one would deem a forest if one judged hastily.
"Is this where Scarlett University is?" Anna asked"
"You bet it is" Her uncle said with s light chuckle.
This school that was literally secluded from the rest of the world and yet it ranked top every year. No student could find it no matter how hard they tried. Everyone could only wonder how the officials could even find it, not to mention give it a rank.
The school was unique and mysterious and it had always attracted Anna... And now she just learned she'll attend the same school.
The car didn't stop moving and as they moved closer , Anna couldn't understand the sense of familiarity she was getting with this strange place. This was her first time here, but it felt like she could strangely breathe as though she was finally where she was supposed to be.
"I'm so excited" Anna heard and she turned to her uncle.
"Did you say something?" Anna questioned and he looked at her in confusion
"I finally feel free ... Why did you have to keep me so hidden and quiet, you don't know how stifling that is . Do you?" The voice said again and this time Anna let out a scream.
The voice was coming from her head.
Was this weird place making her crazy?
