53. Kill Them All

Lucien We fell asleep, her back against my chest as I curled around her and closed my eyes. When I woke up in the morning, she was still asleep, though she had turned to face me now. We had all been excused from training after our journey, but I could hear the soldiers making their way to the barracks.  She stirred slightly and then her eyes opened. Her pouty lips spread into a slow smile as her eyes focused on me.  “Good morning, General Sakina.” “Good morning, Prince Lucien.” We rose together, making our way to her bathing chambers, where I made love to her slowly, taking up most of our morning. I watched, mesmerised as her body moulded to mine, her mouth parted in ecstasy as she came for me. I would never be able to grow accustomed to her being mine.  We made our way to the palace
