CHAPTER 1: A GHASTLY MOTOR ACCIDENT
Light opens on Yiwen on stage with her team. On her is big black shirt, a mini blue jeans skirt and a black boot.
Physically, she's average in height and size with deep blue eyes and a curly hair..
Beside her is Lexia Greene, a renowned and famous actress with a family background similar to that of Yiwen, which the latter lost as a result of a family chaos.
Before the clashes between Yiwen and her family, both friends had set up a dance group that could give them both a lift in the entertainment industry. They were training young dancer in the morning while still attending dance coaching classes and tutorials in the evening.
This particular day, being evening, Yiwen and Lexia are in their dance classes.
Knowing how good they are in dancing, they were assigned to lead a group for three months with eight team members in it and after which a competition would be held to showcase their talents and the leaders gets to have access to various entertainment industries in need of them.
Yiwen's plans for her group is quite simple, yet thoughtful. She found out three of her team members are good in solo. So they planned a little solo before the dance but then there is a little problem and Yiwen can't help but blurt it out.
"Phoebe, why can't you just blend with the others. I get you have a high voice, trust me it's lovely but I need a lower tempo from you in order to blend with others smoothly ".
"Looks like someone is having a hard time", Lexia walks it with mockery in her voice.
"What are you doing here?", Yiwen asks sending her a death glare.
"Woah, calm down. I just finished practice and was bored to death", Lexia utters calming.
"Sounds like a 'you' problem", Yiwen says while rolling her eyes and focuses her gaze back to her team.
"Don't tell me you're working overtime", Lexia asks with expectant gaze in her eyes.
"Alright let's go again", Yiwen announces to her team while completing ignoring Lexia who can't help but chuckle and find a place to sit.
Just then, a phone begins to vibrate. Actually, it's that of Yiwen. Seeing the unknown number appear on her screen, Yiwen has no problem picking the call and that's exactly what she does.
Before she gets to say a word, the voice at the other end speaks up.
"Good day, please am I on phone with Miss Yiwen", the feminine voice asks and Yiwen replies a yes.
"Your mother just got herself involved in a ghastly motor accident. She's at Rooven medical care and needs to carry out an urgent surgery. Delay can be extremely dangerous ", the woman warns.
