LIFE NO BALANCE
I stepped out of my enclave refreshed and sound, with my blue sneakers shoe and fine neatly pressed black shirt and blue jeans.
Thinking franticly on how I would make more papers to keep me up for the week, and walking eruditely. I stopped a tricycle famously called (Keke napep) by this region. And then we got to traffic.
I sat patiently at the door area and looked around..admiring the already seen and familiar environment, still thinking of my next move on how to get papers for the week.
Lost in thought I noticed my 3rd sense tingling. Telling me a set of eyes from somewhere was observing me and my every move.
I gave in and looked around trying to find those pair of eyes. My eyes stumbled upon a young lad. Dirty clothes, and legs, but very cute smooth black face and white eyeballs holding a create of drink on his head , with sachets water as it's content. He was so cute and lovely....
He admired me from head to toe and couldn't notice I was staring at him in the eyes - his very white dreamy eyes. I got confused as to why this young lad stared at me dreamingly and Intensly like I was a criminal.
It then dawned on me that this boy probably admired me and was unmistakably wishing to be me right now.(remember I was in a tricycle still pondering on how to get papers for the week)
That moment I realized something...you probably may have realized by now, but I'd still share.
Life has different stages, at this point you wish you where someone else, but someone out there also wants to be like you and would do anything for a swap.
As you know the saying "This life no balance"
That young lad made me think about something that day, I mean that day till this very moment of documenting this story, you can think about it too and if it's worth it, share with your friends.
Have a splendid weekend
Until we get to where we want, I'll be waiting for a cup of water and be grateful to God for the gift of grace on everyone.
