15 Cameron Barker sat in his unmarked police sedan and looked at the small accommodation unit, one of three identical units clustered together behind the Ti Tree roadhouse. There was a vehicle bearing Northern Territory number plates parked immediately in front of the unit, a rental car, Barker knew, used by the four-man team of Federal police officers assigned to keep Jackson Traynor from harm until his up-coming court appearance.
