A couple of dozen curious tourists, having briefly interrupted their journey to observe and photograph the mount several hundred metres to the west, gathered in small groups around the western edge of the parking area. Some gathered in front of a large information board displaying historical facts relating to the mount while others snapped photos of the hill in the distance.
