Logan smiles when he finds Kate cleaning inside the Jenkins’ kitchen. “Hey, princess,” he greets her.
Kate turns around, her face lights up when she sees him. “Logan,” she screams before running towards him and hugging him close. “I miss you, I miss you, I miss you!”
Logan laughs then kisses her forehead. “I miss you too, princess,” he says.
“Christie is not coming?” Kate asks.
Logan shakes his head. “I’m no longer with Christie,” he answers before giving her a stern look. “Don’t start, okay? I’m enjoying college. Dad still at work?”
