Ashley Gustavo POV
My heart hammered against my chest as I waited in the living room with Asher. I held on tightly to the divorce papers, my body almost trembling nervously. Asher managed to get me the divorce papers from his lawyer, and I was officially going to end my marriage with Ace today.
"Are you sure about this?" I questioned myself for the second time, but even at this point, I was still not sure of what I wanted. I wasn't sure enough if I wanted to end this marriage although there was nothing left for me. There was nothing to love about that horrible man, but I guess I couldn't just hate him like that. Falling out of love turned out to be more difficult than I had thought.
