'I won't sign the divorce papers' A scoff tore through my throat as his words replayed in my head again. He never loved me. If he ever did love me, he would never have cheated on me.
"Don't think about him," I muttered as I grabbed my handbag from the bed and exited the room, ready to go to work.
I paused and sighed once I stepped out of the house and spotted Ace leaning against his car at the parking lot. It was obvious he was waiting for me, because he straightened his back and walked up to me as soon as he spotted me.
