Ashley Gustavo POV
I pulled over at the parking lot and stepped out of the car as soon as I drove into the hospital. I had to rush down here after I got the emergency call from Lisa.
I ran as fast as my legs could carry me and I spotted a few nurses running around just like we always do on days we have an emergency once I stepped inside the lobby.
I headed into my office, picked up my coat, and left for the emergency room.
"I'm sorry, I was stuck in a traffic jam," I apologised to the doctor as soon as I walked inside the emergency room. The patient was a little boy, probably ten years or eleven of age, and he was involved in an accident. His body was covered in blood and he had a few cuts too.
