I've had enough. Couldn't take much more of this life, here in this pack. I need to leave,i need to get out of here. I was so anxious about what i'm about to do and i had to do it now or i'll crack. He doesn't want me and it's been a year since we found out we were mates. A full f*****g year. He is my brothers best mate. The alpha to our pack. The Shadow crest pack. A year of being bullied by him and his followers. Tripping me up pushing me over. Pouring water over the toilet cubicles covering me in water. Stealing my clothes, breaking into my lockers. Yeah college was fun....NOT! My older brother Antony had my bad when he could. But even then he couldn't stop them. It's been a year from hell and i need to get out of here now. Primary school was more durable than college is. My brother helped me out, taught me to fight, to defend myself. I've not used any of these skills out yet but i knew i'd need the one day. I was going to miss him so much but even he knew i couldn't stay her any longer. He could see how much i was struggling.  He begged me to stay once before saying Josh would change, I'm still waiting for that day to come. He was also Josh's beta. Great eh, they have been best friends in forever. Josh has always picked on me so it was nothing new but once he realized i was his 'mate' it got a lot worse. It's just got worse once he realised i was his 'mate' and it was clear he didn't want me as his. So here i am standing in front of the pack house preparing myself to reject that ass hole. I knew this was the only way for me to leave and get on with my life. "I can do this" I told myself. Since no one else was around. 'Of course you can Paige. He doesn't deserve us as his mate' Amber my wolf pepped up. "OUT OF THE WAY" Yelled a pack member pushing their way past me. l almost lost my balance but thankfully i didn't fall over. He left the door wide open just enough so i peeked inside, i could sense loads of members in there. I picked up my brothers scent too. I knew he would be, as he knew exactly what i was about to do. Picking up my confidence i marched inside right past everyone. I felt their eyes on me giving me a strange looks. Probably never seen me looking like i'm about to kill something. I half ran up the stairs towards his room. Barely at the top of the stairs i could hear noises coming from inside his room. I knew he was up to no good. But right now i don't care I wasn't gonna let him get to me again. I needed to get this over with before i break down outside his door. 'I'm not gonna cry, I'm not gonna cry' I told myself. 'We got this don't worry, remember your training if we need to us it'  I nodded in agreement. I didn't bother knocking on the door. I threw it open and caught them both at it in his bed. "Ah yes my 'Mate' in bed f*****g his new w***e wannabe" I kept my calm as Abby the girl under my mate grab covers to cover herself. "GET THE f**k OUT...YOUR NO MATE OF MINES" Josh roared stuttering at me. I knew how he felt he told me often enough and it hurt everytime. So now it's my time to get him back make him feel my pain, that i've been feeling all this time.  "Oh yes, I've got it loud and clear Josh" I took a short pause sucking a sharp breath taking my eye's from them to the floor back to him. Smiling i went on to say. " I Paige Simmons Rej..." Josh jumped off the bed and came at me. One of his hands covered over my mouth forcefully the other was holding my wrist in place. Before i could finished rejecting him. It was pretty clear he was pissed off his eyes changing colour. His face was going red like a tomato. "GET OUT" he yelled at Abby. She jumped off the bed grabbing all her clothes. As she quickly ran past me giving me the death glare. He didn't give her a second look as his eyes were fixed with mines. I was slightly smiling under his hand scrunching my eyes a little. Once she was out of sight Josh using one hand to close his door over and the other was still covering my mouth. I would have bite him but i thought i'm better than that, probably making him even more mad than he is now. But he will just get angrier anyways. I was contemplating it before he started telling again. "You will not reject me, do you hear me?" I nodded a little but i was still going to reject him at some point "No one f*****g rejects me" He sneered in my face. I felt the spit hit my cheek. Knowing myself i can't do this no more, fighting with him. Getting picked on for silly things. Being pushed over or water thrown on me. No more i told myself NO MORE!. I kneed him in the balls, bent down ducked under his arm and pushed him away from me. He lost his balance crouching  down to his knees holding onto his crown jewels. I leaned down to him close enough i brimmed his ear with my lips then said. "It's going to happen one way or another" Then dashed out the room before he couldn't do anything else. I just got out onto the landing when I heard him coming after me but i wasn't gonna stop for him. I rang down the stairs and out the pack house. Into the trees shifting into my wolf form. I picked up my bag behind the trees. Looked back at the pack house at my brother nodding at him 'Goodbye Antony' I said through mind link. 'Good Paige, take care of yourself' He quickly replied. I seen him turned around fast and knew Josh was coming after me.
