Finding His Sun

She woke up, slowly, and unsure of where she was. But with the strong familiar arms wrapped around her, she knew she was exactly where she needed to be. She felt the strength behind the warmth and comfort he gave her. I love him, she thought. She knew that she needed to go, but her heart pulled her to stay. She felt him breathing, synchronized with her own. She has never felt this way. It scared her. Another pang of chills struck her body. I can’t do this. With all the strength, and her will, she quietly got up. She grabbed her clothes and her bag. She wrote a note explaining she loved him, but she was sorry. Then she left without a sound...
