Time and tide with for none.

The same is happening in Gowri's life. She never thought that the days move so fast within the blink of an eye that her marriage arrived soo soon.

There was only one week left for the marriage. All the shopping had been. Everything from the purchase of clothes to jewelry, contract with food chef to marriage invitation, decoration of farmhouse to relatives. Everything from A to z in marriage as been done. Soon the pre rituals of the wedding are gonna start within two days. 

soon the marriage rituals started though the groom was not there. Sarpanch family didn't let that topic be sad news to the bride's side. They made some excuses. The shopping, hall booking, catering, etc were all handled. The marriage Contact was given to the event manager. The marriage is taking place in the mid of fields in the suryavanshi farmhouse.

The white farmhouse is decoration beautifully like a bride. The whole house was decorated with yellow flowers with red roses. The grey curtains with shining small diamond mirrors were tied to every pillar. 

Gowri's family also prepared for everything they had selected the gold chain and bracelet for the groom, saree, and jewelry for there princess. They shipped maximum to the groom's family and even for them. As they don't have many relatives.

The awaited day arrived. It was Gowri's haldi day. Whole house shining with yellow and white curtains. Gowri got ready in white cotton saree. She was made seat on the wooden small chair. Soon every married woman came and applied haldi on her cheeks, hands, and legs. After applying haldi she was sent to take bath using some ayurvedic oil.

Tomorrow was her Mehendi day.

Soon the Mehendi day came the next morning. Without giving any rest to Gowri, who was full awake thinking about Vijay and his behavior. His nonparticipating attitude in rituals. She was having negative thoughts about marriage. All ways her thoughts would end upon questioning her future. Most importantly she had a second thought in her marriage.  Aside from her nonsense thoughts, she got ready for her Mehendi function. She doesn't want to pay attention to her stupid thoughts as tomorrow is her marriage.

Again she was made a seat in the middle of the hall. Mehendi designs were already been selected. There were two Mehendi artists. Soon they started their work. After a few hours, Gowri's hand up to elbow and legs were designed beautifully with brown and blackish designs. Her hands were looking brightly with black designs on her skin tone. Her hands were carved with beautifully designed with groom and bride design Mehendi and Vijay's name in between them was hidden. 

It was purposely made hidden so that the task was to be fulfilled by the groom.

On the room's side, Vijay's cousin Ronak and Padma were present for some rituals. They were also taking all the videos and photos Of every ritual performed by Gowri. They wanted her brother to see the beauty of their sister in law. And also ge guilty of being missed the most enjoyed rituals. They sent every photo of Gowri to Vijay purposely. Her haldi before and after photos. Her Mehendi before and after photos. Even her photo in which she has been feed by her grandfather as her hands were covered with Mehendi. They did intentionally as Gowri was looking funny and cute at the same time. 

On the other side Vijay, who didn't have any knowledge of what's going on in his village. Did give much importance. He knows that he was getting married. He should be present on the marriage day. Vijay was back from work late at night. His brother Rahul came to receive him. Thought Rahul asked about the photos Vijay only shrugged his hand without any knowledge. Rahul signed irritatedly on his brother. 

Next day marriage day.

The farmhouse was full of busy mood. Everyone was occupied with one or other work. Even the younger ones where lending hands. Without able to see the tension in there elders' faces. To reduce the stress they helped them. Everything and everyone was ready for marriage the bride has already settled in a farmhouse. They had only a few relatives and more friends and students. Everywhere happiness is spread though the bride was sad to leave her parents. She never wanted to ditch her parents. She never thought about moving out of her parents. But at last, it's happening.

The groom already took his place with a white shirt and dhoti. He had a silk towel on his shoulder. All set up like a groom with no emotion was doing the rituals. Soon the bride was called. She came down elegantly in red silk saree and few pieces of jewelry and hair decorated beautifully with jasmine flowers.

Soon the bride was made seat on mandap after chanting the mantras and performing the rituals as said by purohit the nadaswaram was heard. The sound marked them as one. 

Vijay tied the yellow thread around Gowri and filled her hairline partition with kumkum. Soon they were showered with flowers. He made her wear a silver toe ring. And took the seven-round around the holy fire together.

Finally, they were declared as husband and wife in front of God, in front of family. Gowri's family had happy and sad as their daughter is married and going far from them.

On the other side, the suryavanshi family was happy that finally the son of the house as married.

Every guest had their dinner and wished the newly Weds happy marriage life and departed. It was time for the couples to have dinner.

They both are served food in one banana leaf. As elders force both feed each other.

A lot of video and photos were taken.

Soon the time came to bid goodbye to all. Gowri was crying silently after hugging and warning to take care of themselves.

She bid farewell by throwing rice backward and her muma was forwarded her pallu for a shower of rice.

As Gowri sat in the car with her husband she cried her heart out without bothering anything.

In all this busy and mechanic day Vijay did not say a word to Gowri nor initiate to converse with her. Poor soul Gowri how she will handle her future with him.
