Chapter Fifty One

2467 Words

♣ Maisie ♣ I don’t know why but I have a weird feeling about this competition. Something doesn’t feel right and I’ve been feeling this way ever since the Dean announced yesterday about the competition. FLASHBACK “I have decided to move the graduation ceremony upwards”. The Dean says, cutting me out of my thoughts. “By upward, you mean?”, Luke asks. “Tomorrow”, he says and our jaw drops open, except for again, Astor. He doesn’t look surprised. Seems like the Dean told him earlier. “Tomorrow?! You can’t just decide that”. Chris shrieks. “It wasn’t my decision”. The Dean says. “Then whose was it?”. “The council. They decided that when they found out about Mr. T’s death”. “So they also believe he didn’t die of a heart attack”. Sophie says as a statement but it’s more of a question.
