I hadn’t been in his presence for two months and sitting here, looking at the man in front of me, I couldn’t miss the difference in his appearance.
His eyes were bloodshot and darted around the room involuntarily, his skin was sweaty and clammy. I had to concentrate on the slurred words that came from his mouth, every sentence making either no sense or was mixed with confusion.
