Chapter 80

1709 Words

Ruby POV: It took an hour for us to get to the town. I wasn't ready for what we saw. I've always been a fan of apocalyptic movies. We were driving through what was now a ghost town with not a soul in sight. Then it hit me-a whiff of the repulsive stench I'd come to associate with vampires. I looked over at Xavier on my right and then at Axel on my left. Axel was busy staring out his window, his fists clenched.
