My legs drum anxiously against the gravel as I tilt my head to the sky so that the tears could go back in.

If they aren't beating your ass into the floor, they're lying straight through their pretty white teeth.
I can't believe Trevor would do this to me. Maybe it wasnt so much the fact that he killed Dain, but he continually pretended that he didnt know what had happened, and lied everytime I brought it up. I knew he was an ex Mafia Leader, I wasnt completely oblivious to the fact that maybe he did drop bodies now and then.
But if he had just told me he was the one that killed Dain, I would be terrified, sure, but somewhere along the line, I would understand . . . And Rasco would still be alive.
