I blink a few times as Valerio walks up to me, still trying to get used to the strange sensations all over my body. It’s as if I’m experiencing a completely different body, one that I’ve never felt before. As I lean into his touch, I can feel that my limbs are much stronger now, while my body shivers as these mind-blowing currents travel from the point of contact at his touch, spreading across my body like wildfire.
My muscles ripple under his touch before I take in my surroundings, noticing a myriad of new smells and sounds that I’ve never noticed before. I can hear the distant sound of a car engine, the rustling of leaves, and the hooting of an owl. I can smell the scent of fresh grass, damp earth, and something else
