Prologue: The Fall from Grace
In the beginning, there was only the Void. A great, infinite expanse of nothingness, a darkness so deep that not even a single light could pierce it. But out of that darkness, there emerged two beings. They were light and warmth, life and love. They were the first of the angels, created by the Almighty Himself to bring light and order to the chaos of the Void.
The angels were magnificent beings, each one more beautiful and more powerful than any mortal creature could ever imagine. They were made of pure light, their bodies shaped by the very essence of creation itself. They sang the songs of the universe, the melodies that kept the stars in their courses and the planets spinning in their orbits. They were the messengers of God, the guardians of Heaven, and the stewards of all creation.
Among the angels, there were two that shone brighter than all the others. Their names were Seraphina and Gabriel, and they were the most radiant and beloved of all the angels. Seraphina was the embodiment of grace and beauty, with eyes that sparkled like stars and wings that blazed like the sun. Gabriel was the archangel of strength and courage, with a voice that could shake the very foundations of Heaven and a sword that could cut through the thickest of clouds.
Seraphina and Gabriel were inseparable, their love for each other as pure and bright as the light that flowed through them. They spent countless eons together, singing the songs of creation, exploring the vastness of the universe, and basking in the glory of the Almighty's presence.
But as time went on, something began to change. Seraphina and Gabriel began to see each other in a new light, to feel a deeper, more profound love than they had ever felt before. They tried to ignore it, to push it away, but it only grew stronger with each passing moment.
And then one day, as they were singing the songs of the universe, they looked into each other's eyes and knew that they could no longer deny their love. They embraced, and as their wings intertwined, they felt a love that was more powerful than anything they had ever known.
But their love was forbidden. The Almighty had decreed that the angels should never love each other in a romantic way, that their love should be directed only towards their Creator and towards the work of creation itself.
Seraphina and Gabriel knew the consequences of their love. They knew that if they pursued it, they would be cast out of Heaven, condemned to wander the mortal world for all eternity, separated from the love and light of the Almighty.
But they could not help themselves. Their love burned brighter than any star, stronger than any force in the universe. They knew that they could not live without each other, that they would rather face eternal punishment than spend even a moment apart.
And so, with heavy hearts but unwavering resolve, Seraphina and Gabriel took each other's hands and flew to the edge of Heaven. There, they looked out over the abyss of the Void, and with tears in their eyes, they leapt into the darkness.
As they fell, their wings burned with a terrible light, and their bodies were consumed by a searing heat. They screamed in agony, feeling their very essence being ripped apart, torn from their very souls. They fell for what seemed like an eternity, their screams echoing through the darkness.
And then, finally, they landed. They crashed into the earth, their bodies shattered, their wings torn to pieces. They lay there for what seemed like an eternity, gasping for breath, their bodies wracked with pain.
And as they lay there, they looked up at the sky, and they saw the stars
