She was cute. Even though I didn't want to admit it, I knew she was. And it made me so angry that she had to undergo such inhuman treatment most especially from her mother. She has suffered so much pain in her life from the people who were supposed to protect her.
So I wasn't surprised when she told me she doesn't want to undergo any pain. I clenched my fist hard silently, promising myself that I wouldn't let her go through any more pain.
