It took everything in Kade to not speak to Lydia, and it took everything in Kade to not react to her but he was forcing himself to stop it. And now that he was looking into her eyes, things only got too impossible for him now.
"What?." Lydia asked, hoping for some answer from him because now she was scared. His silence was terrifying.
Many negative thoughts crawling in her mind and all of them causing fear to break in. The more she looked at Kade the more freakout she got. All Lydia could see was a pain in his eyes, she didn't know why he looked like this. Lydia simply wanted some sort of answer from Kade, she knew it wasn't that much to ask.
She waited for Kade, their eyes never left each other but unfortunately, her patience went in vain, and yet nothing came from Kade.
