"Here you go," Freya said as she passed Lydia her pistachio ice cream and crouched down right next to her and she too instantly went for her mint chocolate chips ices creams. Lydia wasn't all that delighted about that flavor and so both agreed not to exchange any of it and eat what they got.
At these hours there were only a few ice cream shops that were open and Freya brought Lydia to one of the places she knew would be open at this hour or anytime. She let Lydia know how she used to go out with her friends when she was in high school and most of the time ended up here as this being their last destination be they went home. It also was the same guy who ran this place. And now for years.
