It was about two o'clock in the morning and presently the horror outside the house seems to have stayed the same and not at all contain and for a while it kept going. The girls and the dogs, on the other hand, slept calmly as all four of them mashed themselves in this one bed.
Although the dogs were asleep for now it wasn't the same thing with the girls and even though they were tired from the day they had, unfortunately, couldn't fall asleep. It was very exhausting in a way. Nevertheless, the girls were very comforting to have each other in the same room. That wasn't much of a problem.
