Everyone was gathered in the dining room, ready to party when there was a loud knock on the door.
Maria got up immediately, to go out and receive our guest, she signaled to me that she expected me to come along. Angel lovingly squeezed my hand before I left the table.
It was not with my good will, but I had to follow orders from my Alpha. Knowing that it was my Luna's wish, but Maria did not give orders to others, she asked for things.
Max introduced me to the guest and I could immediately see that he turned pale. He had obviously not expected to run on someone who had been convicted as a wolf. Besides, most people thought I was dead with my pack that night.
The captain pulled Max to one side and began to whisper about me.
