Jason’s Pov

I pulled her with me to the pack house and up to my room on the alpha’s floor, there were four floors to this pack house the first floor had the kitchen, some game rooms, a library and the huge dining room that help over 250 people in it. The second floor was guest rooms and the omega’s quarter’s, The third floor was for the gamma and beta families, but the beta wanted his own home so only the gamma lives on that floor now. and finally, the fourth floor was for the alpha and his family. When I turned seventeen my father had an apartment added on to this floor just for me and my mate when I found her,

I pulled Haylee into the living room of the apartment; I could see the sparkle in her eyes as she took in the room. It was kind of dark but there was a wraparound couch in the middle of the room with a flat screen mounted on the wall across from it. If you looked across the room, you would see the kitchen with a big island in the middle. to the right was the dining room with a table that would fit at least 20 people. to the left was a long hallway with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. I love that sparkle that she gets when she is excited and happy. I can’t believe that she showed me her wolf she is so beautiful I’ve never seen a wolf like that before.

“What do you think my love?” I asked her.

She finally looked at me and replied “It’s beautiful but kind of dark for my taste if I am to be honest”

I smiled at her “You can change anything that you would like in here. Do you want to sit down, and I’ll grab us some drinks and we can talk?” I asked

She nodded her head and started to walk to the couch as I went to the kitchen to grab some drinks. I reached in the fridge and pulled out two soda’s and two beers I didn’t know what she would like to drink. I headed back to the living room and sat down right next to her while handing her the drinks. She popped open the beer and chugged down half of it.

“Thirsty” I asked.

She laughed a little, I could listen to that laugh all day every day for the rest of my life. “I guess it’s time to talk huh?” She finally spoke

I just staired at her waiting for her to talk, but when it looked like she wasn’t going to say anything I reached for her hand to reassure her “It’s okay you can say whatever you want or nothing at all I just like being her with you.” I told her

Taking a deep breath, she looked deep in my eyes and said “Well let’s start for the beginning shall we. Before my mother passed I shifted really early, when my mother saw my wolf, she took me to a witch that is also searer. The searer told my mom that I have abilities and that is why my wolf looks like she does but she also told her that I would have to save something but she couldn’t see what it was she just told her that it was important.” she took a moment before continuing I had a feeling that this was going to be a long night. “After that night my mother told me that I needed to stay hidden. I asked her why I was different, but she never wanted to answer me. About a week before the rouge attack that killed her, she took me to meet someone that could give me some answers that I had about myself.” I could see the tears that were forming in her eyes and as one fell, I whipped it away with my thumb. “When we met him, my mother told me that he was my real father.” I gasped which made her stop talking.

“I’m so sorry I didn’t mean to it just surprised me.” I told her

A small smile spread across her face but it didn’t meet her eyes. “It’s okay it took me by surprise to. They told me that he and my mother were lovers before she met my ”father” and when she left to be with him, she found out she was pregnant and by that time it was too late. I found out I was a tri bred I’m a wolf, vampire and witch.”

I was shocked how could that happen, she must have read my mind because she replied “You must be wondering how that could happen well my mother was a wolf both of her parents were from beta blood but my father, his mother was a witch, and his father was a vampire. I haven’t unlocked my vampire or witch side, yet I don’t know how to do that and neither did they.”

“Okay so that I know I haven’t missed anything you are a tir bred, witch, vampire and wolf. You also have special abilities and you wolf is special but the one thing I don’t understand is why when your mother passed why did they leave you with the beta?” I asked

“The beta never knew that I wasn’t his daughter, my mother never told him, and she made me promise that I wouldn’t tell him either I always thought that when James my father found out about my mother's death he would come for me, but he never did.” Her voice started to break.

I pulled her into my lap, so she could straddle me. I moved some hair from Infront of her face. I love her beautiful blue eyes it’s like looking into the ocean. “So, what are some of the abilities that you have?” I asked her.

“Well one of then unlocked when you touched me, I can see into the future before I could only see the past or present but when you touched me, I was thrown in to the future.” She sounded shocked.

“What did you see if you don’t mind me asking?” I whispered as my head dipped into her neck her sent of roses takes my breath away.

Her smile finally reached her eyes as she said “Us, You were hugging me from behind rubbing my huge belly and whispering sweet nothings into my ear.”

I smiled like a cat that caught the cannery. “See I told you we would be together you just have to have some faith not just in yourself but also in us and what we can become.”

“It’s hard to believe that when the only person that is supposed to protect you doesn’t. After my mother died and my father remarried Ava I was treated like dirt, They threw me in the attic to live they also fired all the omega’s and had me doing their jobs. They beat me on the regular and when I would scream and cry for someone to come and help me no one did. So I was going to run.” she spoke as tears fell from her eye’s. I could feel her pain and all I wanted to do was take it away from her.

I nodded while my own tears threaten to fall. I know what it feels like to lose a mother. My mother died in the same attack that her mother did. It was also her mother that died trying to save mine. I owed her so much and I just wish I was her to save her from all this pain that she has been put through. I leaned in to kiss her but she put her finger up to my lips to stop me. “We can’t not yet, I also have the ability to heal people and some others that I don’t even know. I need to be careful and staying here I don’t feel safe and we don’t know what will happen with James or my father or my stepmom and sister. You aren’t safe with me.” She sounded so concerned but I needed her, she can’t just leave me.

I kiss her so deeply I could feel it in my toes. “When will you stop talking about leaving? I have already told you I am not leaving you and I can’t stand the thought of you leaving me.” I growled

“I have a plan to expose them for what they have done to you, your abilities don't scare me we will handle them as they come. You yourself have said you saw us together happy and in love so why don’t you believe it? Tomorrow is the moon ball be my date? I have a plan, but I need you to trust me and stay with me. Can you stay with me?” I asked

She nodded her head, and I had to ask one more question and I hope she will say yes because for my plan to work I needed her to trust me and if she said yes, I will do everything in my power to prove to her I deserve it and will try to never break it. so, I asked “Do you trust me?”
