In and out, round the store and back in, out, and back in again—that’s how indecisive Mrs. Dankoff was when it came to shopping. She was so keen on picking out outfits for Jane and I like we’re her very own daughters. We did try them on, and we took so many pictures together of the three of us wearing the same exact outfits, giggling like little school girls and thanking the lord for camera phones. I for one, have a love-hate relationship with shopping because there are those days where I didn’t feel like trying on anything, I just estimate my size in each outfit and later having that headache of altering them at a tailor’s. God, I can imagine my Spanish tailor (Beth) would be greeting me with another eye roll when I bring her my set of clothes I had ‘estimated-my-size’ that need altering
