That morning we were all packed and ready to leave for the city in a Range Rover that belonged to Jacob’s dad who allowed us to borrow it while we went around San Francisco like Jacob promised. The first thing to do on our itinerary list was to have breakfast in a local café in the city that served the best smoked salmon on toasted bagels, smothered with home made butter, thick slices of avocado, pepper crunches that looked like fat dog ticks and fresh salad, on a side, we had the best cappuccinos and piccolos to wash it all off. The sun was out and the weather forecast was almost too good to be true. No rain all shine with just a hint of heat in the city but temperature was still cool and breezy. Jacob told me he had bought himself a camera while the girls were out shopping yesterday
