Three months later.
I have been waiting so nervously for her to wake up, it's been three months, and when the doctor gave me that call telling me she had woken up, I felt like this was a new chapter in my life.
With everything that has been going on, I would do with a sister right now, someone who understands my loss better than anyone I have ever known.
I'm just watching all the machines that are running all the way to her, and all the pipes. These are the things that have been keeping her alive for the past three months, and I'm glad that they will finally get taken them off.
I never thought she would wake up, but miracles do happen.
I watch as her arms move and she slowly opens her eyes, and I just can't express the excitement in my heart right now.
