Richie identified her as the girl from the scandals but didn't know if she was the actual Katie he and his boss were looking for already.
While Silas was on his way home, Richie drove right into the County Specialist Hospital.
“It's an emergency.”
Richie yelled as he pushed Katien into his arms.
Already, as ordered by Silas, he should take care of the bills and make sure she was okay.
“We got it from here; please do wait out here.”
The nurses took her into a stretcher as they ran into the emergency room.
A few moments later, they were all out, taking off their masks.
She is okay; she sustained no injury in the head and none physically, so let's wait and access her after the x-ray to get more details about her condition.
“She must have families around. I need to find her phone so they know what happened.”
Richie mumbled as he dove into Katie's bag to find her phone, which was locked.
“Not now; how do I place a call to her family?”
A few seconds later, the phone vibrated in his pocket, reaching out, and he saw “Mr. Wealth.”
“Hello Boss, She is stable, but her phone is locked, and I can't call any of her family yet. I'm hoping someone calls her phone so I can start from there.”
Richie's voice dropped, and he opened his mouth wide, letting a great discharge of air from his mouth.
“Get something to eat and keep an eye on her till she is okay or someone comes for her. Do you understand?”
Silas spoke in his usual deep, calm voice, encoated with his authoritative manner. As he hung up.
“Yes… Boss.”
Richie responded to the dead phone call. With his smirk looking back at his phone, his jaw raised one-sided as he made an exit.

Katie
What am I doing here, and for how long have I been out?
I turned and saw my best friend Sophie right by my bed.
“It's been a week, my love. You had minor concessions, and I rushed down the moment I called, and a man picked and informed me you were in the specialist hospital.”
Her face looked restless as she had every word carefully picked.
"Hi, I'm Richie Leonard, personal assistant to Mr. Wealth. We're sorry for putting you up in this situation.”
“You say what day is this?”
I asked, paying little attention to the words coming out of his mouth.
“It's 17th June.”
Sophie responded, trying not to make it more awkward. She looked at me, trying to paint a smile of everything being fine.
“You mean I'll be 25 tomorrow?”
I screamed as I fell deeply into bed, wishing to be drowned in it.
This is definitely a set-up by the devil, as I already had a series of calls from my father.
Just when I was in my head thinking, he called again, and this time I took the phone placed on my ears.
“Hello Daddy,”
“Don't you dare Daddy me.”
He shouted back so loud the speakers could eat my ears if it had its way.
“I was involved in an accident; I just regained consciousness.”
I summoned strength and courage to speak as I expressed a deep, low voice.
You better be married already and send in your marriage certificate right now for documentation before I send someone down there with one for you to sign. I can't lose 25% of what I helped your mother build because of your stubborn nature.
He wasn't my mother because he loved her. I knew this already, but because she had fortunes. He married her for her money, and when things weren't going well, he went into polygamy, leading to my mother's death, but that thought for another day. For now, I need to find a husband real quick.
"Hey, what did you say your name was again?”
I paid attention this time, turning with a smile, obviously intending to ask for favours from him right away.
“One moment, please, ma'am, let me take this.”
Walking away, he placed the phone in his ear, trying hard to speak low, but the room was just too small, and I could pick words he said perfectly.
"Boss, she is conscious; I think she is the one we have been looking for.”
