Chapter Five Back in her room Erika detected the faint smell of men's cologne. It reminded her of the scent that Lance used. She was edgy. As she laid her clothing on the bed, she glanced over at the oak dressing table. It appeared as if some of the items had been moved. Erika thought the maid had probably moved things around a bit to clean. She could hear cars passing by outside the window and male voices talking next door.
