Shock was evident on my face as I just witnessed my best friend turn into a wolf. Time seemed to go slow as she came charging at me. I was too shocked to even think of doing any protection spell. This was it. I was about to get ripped apart by my best friend, who is a werewolf. I stood in my place watching her wolf target me. Time felt slow but it all happened so fast. Just as she was about to reach me, a huge black wolf jumped in the way, knocking her toward the house. I fell back from the strong force of wind as the black wolf sent Sally flying.
Sam and Ryan weren't as quick to reach us as the black wolf before me. Sam helped up Sally as Cora came running with a towel and a pair of shorts. She gave the towel to Sally as she turned back into her human form. Cora handed Ryan
