Mateo's POV.
Once I sent the text to Nina, I made my way to the front door to find her. On my way out of the ballroom, I ran into one of Nina's older brothers. I believed it was Isaac, the one that Sally was crushing on.
"Hey, Mateo, right?' he asked and I nodded.
"Yeah," I said, "You came here with Nina?" I asked.
"Uh yeah, she took off to the kitchen" he said, "Oh, have you happen to of seen Sally? I got her a birthday present", he said.
"Yeah, I saw her by the pool just a few minutes before, she was just making her rounds to collect her presents", I answered his question.
