When I looked at the time, it was already 12:15 pm and it was going to take thirty minutes to get to the property my dad wanted me to check out, so I ordered my Lyft and grabbed my ledger folder and threw it into my messenger bag. The Lyft arrived five minutes later, and I headed out my door and jumped into the car. It took exactly thirty minutes for me to get to the property.
