Three Days Later

It’s been a few days since I’ve seen Elias. We have chatted via text, but he hasn’t been to Manndible’s or back to my dorm since Monday and, for some reason, I really just wanted to get a glimpse of him. Today is my last morning shift training with Omar. Starting tomorrow, I will be managing the evening shift and I’m kind of excited about it. Classes for me start this evening at 6:00 pm. I only have two in-person classes this semester, one on Thursday nights and one on Saturday mornings. I was lucky to get two classes online this semester because they are normally filled by seniors, but the professors allowed me off the waitlist.
