Chapter Twenty-SixI awoke to the incessant sound of buzzing wings. I shooed the creature with a hand and the annoying sound went away for a few blissful seconds before returning, followed by a tiny, angry pitch. I opened my eyes and glared at Bennty, the tiny pixie I met during my previous stay. She was hovering a few inches above me, arms crossed, face red with indignation. She was about eleven, twelve inches tall, with incandescent wings that buzzed madly behind her.
