Prologue - How It All Began
Once upon a time, there was God named Creare, who loves experimenting and creating new things in a vast empty universe. One day, a sudden revelation came to His mind. "How about I create mini versions of me? I bet I can make some of them with the help of sister Gaia, the Goddess of Life." First, He chose an empty barren planet he found circling around a yellow star. The planet was the third planet from the star as the first and second planets were too close to the star and is very hot. He did not choose the fourth planet because it was small, about the size of the third planet, and was red. The last five planets were not chosen because although big, the did not have any land. The third planet, although barren, was blueish in color, had a big single island surrounded by ocean. He then talked to His sister, Gaia, about his idea. Gaia agreed but had one condition. She wants Him to create some for Her. Creare agreed and both of them started the experiment. Creare first created creatures similar to his stature, having a humanoid figure but with a pair of feathery, white wings to enable them to fly. Both Creare and Gaia were satisfied with the creation and named them Angels. They were having so much fun watching the Angels soar the skies freely but soon noticed that it lacks "something". They looked at each other and smiled. As if they knew what they had to do. Gaia made suggestions about some things and Creare would do it for Her so He can satisfy Her condition. Soon, lots of creatures were made and they divided them by race. Angels, Demons, Dragons, Giants, Beastmen, Nymphs, Seafolk, Elves and Humans. The creatures that were incomplete were just labeled as livestock and served as food for the other creatures. Creare noticed that the creatures they made seemed to hate each other due to their differences in appearance, He made some territories for each of them. The Angels would rules the Heavens. The Demons would take charge of Hell. The Dragons soared the Skies unhindered. The Giants made their homes in the Mountains. The Beastmen roamed the Plains. The Nymphs took a stayed near Rivers and Lakes. The Seafolk swam the Ocean and Seas. The Elves, Gaia's favorite, lived near a very enormous tree called The Tree of Yggdrasil. Yggdrasil was Gaia's gift for her favorite race. The Humans were not so fortunate as they didn't have any special features. They just adapted to where they were and scattered throughout the big island. Creare and Gaia were then having fun looking at their creations moving about in their own habitat but still think that there is something missing. Gaia was the first to notice that the creatures were like single-minded organism and moved according to what they were made. Creare thought of a solution which he then named Will. Creare: This Will will grant them the ability to think for themselves freely and make decisions. I'll also include one of my abilities, Invent, to this Will so that they will have the opportunity to advance by themselves. Gaia: Isn't that a bad idea? I mean what if they notice of our existence and start to question their own life? Wouldn't they revolt? Creare: That's the neat part. They won't. Gaia: Why? Creare: The Will that I'll give them is somewhat biased to us. They will instead worship us as their Gods because they will be afraid that we might erase them if they overstep their boundary. Gaia: I guess you already thought it through. Okay, you win. Go ahead. Creare: Much gratitude. Creare then gave the Will to all the creatures and just less the an 50 years, the creatures invented Language, Writing, Cooking, Building, Hunting, etc. The two of them were satisfied with the result but then Gaia noticed that some Demons were conspiring something. Gaia wanted to stop the Demons but was stopped by Creare. He said the let them do what they want. That's what the Will is for. So, Gaia just watched the even unfold. A hundred years after the Will was given, A Human died at the outskirts of the Beastmen's Plains. The Beastmen hunting in the Plains noticed a sweet metallic smell coming from the outskirts of their territory and took a look. They saw the dead Human with blood all over its body. They didn't know what happened to eat but the smell sure did made them hungry. A curious Beastman took a lick at the blood even though the others warned him that it might be poisonous. Not a second later, the Beastman ate the flesh of the Human as if to tell the whole world that he found the best delicacy this world has to offer. The other curious Beastmen also tried a lick and the same reaction happened. When they finished eating the Human, they immediately spread the news about their newly discovered delicacy. Soon, the Beastmen were hunting Humans as their food. Gaia watching this tried to stop it but was stopped again by Creare as He had fun watching them. Gaia could do nothing as She knew that when Creare says that he is having fun, He will never stop until He is satisfied. Soon the Humans fled to the territories of the other races seeking refuge. But the news that Human flesh were the best delicacy this world has to offer had already spread like wild fire and the unknowing Humans were captured and eaten. As the Humans were on the brink of extinction, Gaia could no longer watch it and ordered the Elves to save them. The Elves did not eat meat as they were vegan and solely survived on the fruits and vegetables around their habitat. But unfortunately, even with the Elves' help, they were powerless against the hunger-driven creatures because of their limited number. Gaia didn't take it anymore and once again told Creare to stop them. Creare said to don't bother Him because it's finally at the c****x. Gaia finally snapped out of it and directly intervened inside the planet. She gave the Humans some of her power to fight back. The Humans were then able to wield magic and was somewhat able to fight back. Creare seeing this seethed with rage and slapped Gaia in the face. Gaia also slapped Him back saying that enough is enough. The raging Creare created a blackhole behind Gaia in an effort to banish her into the depths of space. But instead of successfully banishing Her, Gaia sacrificed herself to take down Creare with Her. Both of them were sealed inside a stone slab and dove right at the center of the commotion. With the impact of the slab to the ground, the big island shattered into small islets and made the islets drift away from each other. The slab then sank at the bottom of the deepest ocean. With Gaia's great sacrifice, the world was shattered but finally at peace again. By using the last of Her strength, Gaia released a message to the whole planet. A hundred thousand years from now, all of you will have forgotten about our, your creator's, existence. I hope that all of you will advance peacefully and find it in your heart to look over your differences and live in harmony. I hope that this last bit of my strength will help you reproduce regardless of race. Please love each other My children and I hope that I will be able to see you again. A hundred thousand years passed and the creatures managed to look over their differences and was able to live in harmony. The creatures somewhat evolved at some point in time and was able to become civilized. The once scattered islets are now accessible to everyone through airplanes and ships. The creatures have built rockets to traverse the vast vacuum of space, landed on the moon and discovered, invented and built many things. Of course, the story of their Goddess Gaia and God Creare became legends and myths and have many versions depending on the race. But, little did they know, a dark mysterious energy have made its way to the surface from the bottom of the Pacific Ocean.
