Chapter 6
Having dozed off after lying awake, it was a surprise to be jolted awake by Muriel jumping on my bed. She immediately reminded that we had a big day planned. Trying to turnover and close my eyes, sent her into a frenzy and she tried to roll me out of bed. Then, she started singing "Here Comes The Sun" at the top of her lungs. While she sang and danced, my mind drifted to an outing several months earlier.
Mark drove Muriel and I in Victor's Bentley while Victor drove Sherri in Mark's sports car up Route 1 on our way for an afternoon in Marblehead. You would think it was the Grand Prix, the way they drove. Mark complained how the Bentley didn't ramp up as well as his car and seemed afraid they would lose us.
