Broken and Still Alive

Chapter 3

**Crimsons POV**

    I woke up on the warm grass looking around at what looks like paradise. Getting up looking around I see a beautiful woman standing by a crystal-clear lake. I walk up to her and ask " Am I dead" 

"No, my child I have brought you here to inform you of what is happening to you" the beautiful woman speaks with a voice like honey. 

" Who are you? wait, Moon Goddess?" I ask already knowing the answer

"Yes, my child, Crimson I have made you the Guardian of my most precious treasure on earth, my only true and the last descendant her name is Angel though she does not know this and you will be the one to reveal her name to her. It's a story that started 18 years ago when others found out about her. So to protect her from others seeking the power that she harnesses within her after she was born her parents took her to the humans to raise and protect her the man that was supposed to take care of her was killed in a car accident threes days after she arrived leaving her to the disgusting woman that raised and abused her. Her name is Tabitha she lives in an old farmhouse past the edge of the woods where you found Angel." I listen to her intently as she spoke to me not believing my ears but knowing that this is real, and I am standing in front of the moon goddess herself. 

"What are these powers," I asked curiously 

" Angel is the most powerful being alive and many think that they can take that power from her but they can’t if Angel dies so does the power but if she was to born an alpha that child will become even more powerful than Angel herself. Crimson you are Angel's Guardian you are to protect her with your life. which brings me to your wings they look delicate but not even a blade can go through them I give them to you as extra protection. All other questions you have will be answered in due time but now you must get back before Angel wakes up. Protect her Crimson for without her all hope for your species will dissolve. Also as her guardian, you are bonded to her" with that last little bit of information I wake up on the hospital bed.

**Ezekiel's POV**   

    I stand at the foot of my mates’ bed afraid to touch her fearing that I might hurt her. The Doctor said she was going to be ok they repaired her spleen without having to remove it or a blood transfusion, but she has a long road ahead over her. " Mate! She is waking up get the doctor Ezekiel" Dilon yells and I look up into her beautiful sky-blue eyes losing myself in them and wondering how I could have not known my mate was being treated this way. I mind linked the doctor letting him know she is awake. 

" Luna I am Dr. Gardner and you are in the hospital your safe now do you understand me?" Dr. Gardner asks as he is checking her vitals 

**Angels POV**

    "Where am I and who are all these people, he said I was safe but am I really. Why did he call me Luna? I do not have a name well maybe it is just what they called people when they do not have a name."  As the doctor moves back, I lock eyes with the most beautiful aqua eyes I have ever seen.

"Alpha,  Crimson is awake and fighting with the nurses to get out of bed," says some man with blonde hair green eyes, and a well tone body but not as handsome has aqua eyes there, he has long midnight black hair and a body perfectly toned and very very tall about 6'7. Before I knew what was happening several more people come in and now, I am feeling very nervous and scared. Oh god who are they and what are they going to do to me.

"Honey you are safe what is your name?" says an older woman with the same aqua color eyes as "Aqua Eyes".  She is moving closer to me, and I can’t move to get away making me even more nervous. My heart starts to race and breathing becomes harder. everyone looks at me like I am about to break when suddenly a man bursts into the room and stands at the foot of my bed and spreads his wings. WAIT WINGS!!! yeah, I have died that explains it all.

"Her name is Angel and you all need to step back you're scaring her” the angel with honey brown hair and wearing only a pair of jeans said. What wait I don't have a name at least not one that I knew of so how would he know. " No, you’re not dead you are alive and safe I promise, and I will explain later how I know your name," he says. Wait how did he know what I was thinking did I say that out loud.

"Crimson how do you know her name have you met her before? And did you just read her mind? What the H*ll is going on here?" Aqua eyes asked with an authoritative tone of voice 

" Alpha I know because I am her guardian she is my charge,"  the man called Crimson said turning to me "Angel I can hear what you are thinking and I will explain that too but now I have to talk to everyone and explain a few things ok," he said looking for an answer. I nod my head in understanding.
