I wonder half-heartedly if I should get back to my inspection reports when Lisa puts a call through to me from Anna, who now wants a property that I have given to someone else. She was undecided from the moment she saw it, but it seems now she likes it better than anything else she has seen. One of the reasons she couldn’t make up her mind was the electricity.
She asked some strange questions. Well, questions that I think are strange and that I would not ask. Like, ‘Can you tell me how much the electricity will cost per quarter?’
I didn’t know. She asked me if I could I contact the last tenants and ask what their electricity bills were.
