I'm not sure why all of our family is still here, considering Phoenix is safe, and it's not anyone in our immediate family that is in danger.
I figured Alette would have been gone by now, but after her date with Damian, she was preoccupied with Lindy. It was getting late, but I wanted to speak to Alette before heading back to our room.
Thankfully, she and I haven't needed to be attached at the hip, and she has been alright. I just want to stay close as a just in case. Even when we go home, she is less than a half an hour's drive from me now.
I stepped out into the hallway to get some space from everyone crowded in there. I have never been good in crowded spaces, and I'm sure I wouldn't start to be now.
