I needed to talk my sister-in-law down from an anxiety attack. She is in what I call, "justified turmoil". Hopefully, I can find the words to help.
"Lindy, sweetie, I can understand what you are going through. Well, sort of. I have had to argue and fight with Damian before about letting pack members stay when Royal Law would have us either exile them or....well, let's not think of the other option right now," I started to tell her.
