When Gunner called and said Maddix had been shot by a silver bullet, my heart sank. I immediately called mom and sent her to where they were to bring him here, and Asteria brought Phoenix.
I couldn't think of anyone better to treat my brother, and make sure he lived through this. Thankfully, DJ has been doing better, and starting to get around more to where Asteria could actually leave for a little while.
