Cree and I sat with my parents as we watched the switching of the Alpha oath ceremony. My mom cried as she watched her daughter and son-in-law, who were now king and Queen of the Fae, switch their Alpha leadership roles to her niece and nephew-in-law.
My dads took turns ordering shots for the three of us, and Cree watched in amazement. "Did Caleb and River get this kind of ceremony?" she asked.
