Since my visit was unannounced in the first place, I didn't want to disturb Malrick or inconvenience him, so I gave Liam a nod.
“Then, can I wait for him?”
Even though I didn't want to disturb him, I still didn't want to leave this place without seeing him.
“Of course, I will tell him about your arrival. Please, follow me to the lounge to wait for him.” Liam said and I nodded.
He led me down a quiet corridor, the sound of our footsteps echoing behind us. Different from the usual companies where they would have numerous offices on the top floor, there were few offices around and even the receptionist or secretary counter was not close by.
