Zariah’s POV (18+)
It’s been two days since my sisters, Kalan, and my warriors left. I’m so nervous for them, but I know they will do well. Caedan tried to keep me from training yesterday, but I wouldn’t let him. I didn’t have to talk to fight. He tried again today, but he relented to my will. I know our parents miss Aquara and Avala, and Thorne and Gliss miss Kalan. I take comfort knowing Thorne can talk to them whenever.
I’ve begun speaking softly to not strain my jaw, but my jaw feels much better. Everyone had just finished lunch and were now beginning the training with zaras. I went up to Caedan as we haven’t trained with chains for days. I stepped up behind him and softly said come with me. He turned and followed me.
