Time to talk

Chapter : 11

        “Representatives I’ll meet you all in my office awaiting all questions from you and your fathers and if they wish to discuss it further we can set a meeting.”

    When I reach my office, none of the other representatives are there yet. I go and take a seat looking at my paperwork that was left for me today. The memories of today are flooding my mind. The memories of the rejection are grabbing my heart and pulling it out of my chest. About Twenty minutes later, no one had shown up yet. ‘How dare they all disrespect my orders and wishes .’ I get up from my desk ready to go find and kill the boys for not showing up to my office, when I open the door I see Theo, Frank, Alex, Adam, James, Sam, and Xaver all sitting in the waiting room talking in hushed voices.

         “Why are you just sitting out here? I told you to come into my office.” They all look up at me and Frank speaks. “ You didnt come and get us yet we figured you needed time or something?” I let out a little laugh. “ I was waiting for you in my office. Why didn't you just knock when you all got here? As you can't follow simple instructions I'll make this very clear to all of you, James, Sam we can discuss this more at home I’ll mind-link D to come get me and escort me home when I am done here.”

     They nod and bow as they leave me with the rest of the guys. “ I know most of you have questions and I am guessing you have talked to each other while I was in my office and I also understand that this all happened suddenly today so I'll take all your questions today and you can ask them as we go through all this week also.” I lean back against the wall waiting for one of them to speak. Just as this morning they are sitting in silence and shock. “You boys need to pull it together. All of you are pathetic just like this morning waiting for someone to say something.” I scoff and roll my eyes 

        “ Why again did you hide from even us Alphas we would have taken care of you Izabell?” Theo asks with his head down in his hands. “ My father said as the first female Alpha in so many generations that others might try and take me and trick me into mating with them, and Alphas are the ones that would most likely do it. You see that's the reason I kept it from all of you are the reasons for it. It is why I started training at Twelve before I got my wolf and even not taking it seriously till after the death of my father, I was still strong enough to protect myself from the Alpha that day. After that day the reasons might have changed but the idea was still the same, Safety was a big thing for my brothers even though I don't need it any longer I did it for my brothers and my Alpha. Xaver can fill you in on more if you wish to know about  Two years ago and why I don't need protection.” I look over to him and he just has a bord look on his face. 

        “ That day her father wouldn't let us leave so we fought my Beta and Gamma attacked her against my wishes I killed her father and looked over and saw she had gutted my Beta and snapped his neck my Gamma lost control and knocked her down and when he attempted to jump on her she tore his face in half in one swipe. Her bloodlust triggered that day as an Alpha much earlier than most and am guessing they thought I would retaliate against their pack through her.” He shrugged, finishing his recall of that day. 

        “ I’ve always know Bell, Your power has always been strong father and I had to fight the urge to bow to you just as your older brothers so, even though you are younger than most of us Just like you are the Alpha and being able to ignore older and more powerful Alphas such as Alpha Xaver when we can not? We would like to talk to you about that more in private shall we set up a meeting with Father in the coming week?”

     I pull my hair down running my hands through my locks grabbing hold the bottom half of my hair. “ Honestly I don't know but you can add that to the list along with my hair color and my wolf's eye color and my bloodlust and strength.” I sigh letting go of my hair. “ I know you don't really know because I dont show my wolf to other packs as part of my training I would show you right now but Sal is still recovering from the rejection and I want to give her plenty of time and more to recover before we do shows of power.” I bring my eyes to all the boys “ That doesn't mean I am weak I can still take a full grown wolf down as a human without my wolf strength as I showed you all today during class and to address that I don't expect special treatment I will be in Detention tomorrow at lunch and after school to make up for skipping/ holding the assembly during detention. I also would like to apologize for my behavior. Sally helps keep me level and I just lost it and couldn't get a hold of the bloodlust alone Xaver.” 

    I don't think there are any questions Adam and Alex have been quiet this whole time talking in all the information being the youngest kids here they haven't had that many opportunities to be Alphas like this yet. “ Adam and Alex, you can go home I'll call pack warriors to take you home. Give your parents my best and please extend my invitation to them for this Friday and please if you have any more questions, seek me out tomorrow and we will set up a meeting with you and if needed your fathers and mothers.” The nod and walk away still silent, i can't help but let out a deep breath. 

        “ Frank it seems you and your father will need a private meeting please have him call me tomorrow and we can set up an appointment time based on what works best for everyone.” He stands walking over to me “Beautiful Bel I hope you get everything that you deserve in life we can talk more later I just hope you my dear one that your mate wasnt from my pack I hope we trained them all better then to reject their true mate no matter who they are they are the strength to you and I hope you choose a strong mate this friday or wait a few years in hope I can be chosen by you.” He kisses my hand and bows as he walks out of the waiting room. 

    Theo, Xaver and I sit in silence for a while when I am happy no one is lingering to hear our conversation. “Both of you come with me to my office for a more peaceful conversation.” kicking off the wall I walk in and motion to the chairs and the couch for them to sit on. Theo takes the chair on the right and xaver lounges on the couch.

         “ I expect you both have some hint of an idea why you're both here and how the next part of this conversation is not to leave the room, with the exception of your Father and my brothers of course.” they both nod. I rub my temples feeling a headache forming from being in this room again. “ Anything you need to say before I say my peace, Theo?” He looks to be fighting with his wolf clutching his chair arms till his knuckles turn white. “Just know I had no real choice in what I was doing. And I hope we can talk about this alone.”  What the f**k is that suposed to mean Goddess help me. “ Tell your father what happened tell him only to bring his wolves who may leave his pacl as my ex-mate will never be my Alpha same goes with you Xaver no matter our past I will not submit to you.” They both nod and Theo gets up to walk out. “ did I dismiss you?” he stopped dead in his tracks and Xaver let out a small giggle “my apologies Alpha I meant no disrespect I assumed we were done.” he bows his head showing his neck in submission “You do not assume anything anymore you lost that when you rejected me. You will always show me the respect I deserve and ask me or you will pay for it 10 over. You are dismissed.” 

    He bows and scurrys off. I can't contain my laughter any longer. This whole day has been a big joke and I cant hold it in any longer. When I am finally calm down I remember Xaver is still here waiting for me to finish. I met his piercing blue orbs. They always captivated me even in my dreams. When he was sinking his teeth into my father's throat he brought me comfort.

         “Izabell I think we should talk, you ignored all my pleas for the last two years.” he stands up and walks around my desk “ would it be better if we took a walk that boy scent is lingering here and I can see the effects its hating on you, and your already on edge because I am here.” I sigh “despite what you think, you do not bother me at all even saying lies as you have today during class. His scent is making my mind go into overdrive. Let's go to the gym so we can talk over some punches.” 

    I stand up and turn towards the door only to be hit with a wall of a body. I can feel the eight pack under his shirt, the heat radiating off of him. I look up and you can see his eyes shifting from the light blue and dark blue of his world. I touch his hard arm “ Xaver can we go now or do I need to move you myself?” he lets out a low chuckle “my apologies my wolf has always been fascinated and drawn to you that's why we were on your territory that day. '' he turns to leave shaking his head and grumbling at himself. I am rooted in my spot. What is that supposed to mean? I had a mate that was Theo and a second chance mate is fairly rare and only can happen after a wolf has been rejected so is he saying he thought I was his mate two years ago and that's why he was fighting with my father? What is going on I’ll have to look into it tomorrow I guess because right now I just need to hit something and if Xaver is offering even better.
