“We will contact the County Prosecutors Office here this morning and tell them our Law Firm will be representing you on the charges,” said Jackie.
“The Prosecutor is required to provide us with all investigation documents or other related material, including photographs they have taken. We understand there may have been Search warrants prepared and we will look into that matter. Until then you will need to sign this document I prepared confirming that you have retained our law firm,” said Jackie.
After the paperwork was signed, the documents were dropped off at the Canyon County Prosecutor's Office with a copy filed in the Clerk’s office.
