Ryan had continued traveling at high speed on I-90 and looked through the rear view mirror as he saw the Dodge Hellcat swerve off the roadway and roll after Juan had emptied the magazine of bullets from the semi-auto pistol.
He cut his speed down to the posted speed limit.
They traveled for approximately 20 miles before they took the exit leading to the county park where Ryan’s pick-up was located.
They arrived at the Canyon County Park and drove to Ryan’s parked pick-up truck.
