Chapter 26 Little did they know that an Irrigation District employee named Jeff Winrick was inspecting the canal early the next day. Jeff found the broken gate and mused it must have been kids gaining access to a hidden location for one of their Kegger parties. He had checked the security gate padlock yesterday and it had been secure.
