The Defense Team was provided with the Washington State Patrol lab findings the following Friday afternoon.
“Why does the Prosecutor’s Office always provide additional reports and documents on Friday afternoon?” said Jackie to Mark and Colin.
“They know the court is closed on weekends and we have to scramble and respond to the allegations by the next Monday,” she continued.
